What is a combined building and timber pest inspection?
It is a pre-purchase inspection that covers both the condition of the building and the presence of timber pests in a single visit. Our inspectors are Registered Building Practitioners and Licensed Timber Pest Inspectors, so the report covers structural defects, safety hazards, moisture and maintenance items, as well as termites, borers, fungal decay and wood rot.
Which areas of the property do you inspect?
We inspect every room and area inside the house, outside the house, the subfloor, the roof space, the roof exterior and other structures on the property, wherever safe access is available.
How long does it take to receive my report?
For pre-purchase inspections, the report is written on site and is typically delivered within 24 hours of the on-site appointment. Your inspector will also call you the same day to talk through what was found.
Can I attend the inspection?

What does the report include?
